I start by defining the real problem. Through discovery workshops, user research, and stakeholder interviews, I uncover needs, motivations, and constraints.

I synthesize insights into opportunities and hypotheses. Using frameworks like Jobs to Be Done, How Might We questions, and problem trees, I map what success means for both users and the business.

Ideate & Design

I explore possible solutions through concept sketching, user flows, and prototypes. I collaborate with stakeholders early and iterate quickly, guided by design principles, usability heuristics, and business goals.

Working closely with engineering and product teams, I ensure designs are feasible and aligned with user expectations. I use tools like design systems, agile sprints, and continuous feedback loops to ship efficiently.

After launch, I track KPIs, gather feedback, and analyze data to measure impact. I identify what to improve — because great products evolve, they’re never “done.”
